Refund policy

Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at paradigmexperiencepodcast@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

We review all claims within 2-3 business days.
